The Health Park Early Learning Centre is in the process of applying for a licence. We are not yet a licenced childcare facility and will not be opening in any capacity until a valid licence is granted. We are hoping to open early 2007.
The
Health Park Early Learning Centre promotes participation of children, staff, and
parents. The centre is designed to support, nurture, 
and enhance all areas of a child's development. All children
are regarded as individuals of equal worth and value.
The
centre provides opportunity for children to begin developing: a belief in
themselves as capable people, a sense of belonging, a perception
that their actions affect the circumstances of their lives, skills for handling
their emotions, interpersonal skills including listening, communication,
cooperation, negotiation, sharing and empathy.
